    5 Right Arm – Down and Back

    5 Left Arm – Down and Back

    Romanian DeadLift (RDL) (4 sets of 8)

    Incline Dumbbell Bicep Curl (4 x 10)

    Execute a bicep curl, seated on a bench that is between 45 and 90 degrees.

    Weighted Step-ups (KB Front Rack, 3 x 8/8)

    Incline DB Bench Press (5 x 8 )

    Increase the weight each set.
