Here is a video of me doing a Turkish Get-Up with TJ.
No On Ramp class this Friday (7/3)
This Saturday July 4th we will be doing a Team Hero WOD and the class will start at 9:30am (Not 10am). We are doing this because the class will probably last longer then 1 hour. Please let anyone that doesn’t look at the website know.
Sunday Yoga will be back at 8:15am just for this Sunday.
The new challenge for this month is running 20,000 meters.
