  • Complete 4 more On Ramp classes or 1 on 1 Basic Movement sessions.

Beginner Programs

1 On 1 Basic Movements

$120/ 4 (1 on 1) sessions

  • 4 separate sessions
  • Each session is 1 hour
  • Pick a time convenient for you
  • Each class will focus on ether Squats, Shoulder To Overhead, Lifts, Random Movements and Advanced Lifts
  • Mainly for people that can’t make the On Ramp times.
  • Most people take 2 weeks to accomplish all of these sessions. The idea is that you get all session done before you enter General CrossFit classes. This can take you one week, two, or you can repeat the Basic Movements program as many times as you like. We want you to feel comfortable before entering into our general CrossFit classes. In our General CrossFit Classes technique and review is done daily of the movements you learn in the Basic Movements program.
