    We will be closed due to the Colorado State Mandate.
    To help you keep training, we’re going to be lending out some equipment to those who need it. If you already have equipment at home, please don’t borrow something from the gym as there may not be enough to go around otherwise. If you would like to checkout any equipment please email [email protected] and I’ll make sure you’re able to get it.

    I’ve had a lot of people ask if we’re going to keep posting WODs and we absolutely will. We’re going to post an equipment WOD and at home WOD everyday. On Wodify you can log your scores on the class “Today’s WOD”.

    3&4 15 Burpees THEN Max Wall Sit Ups

    7&8 15 Burpees THEN Max HSW or Bear Crawl
    The best way to run the clock would be to setup 12 rounds of 2 minutes each round. This way it will beep at the end of each movement and you’ll do all 4 movements 3 times.

    – Min 1, 6, 11, 16 – 30 Lunges

    – Min 2, 7, 12, 17 – 5 Burpees then MAX Wall Sit Ups (record sit-ups #)

    – Min 4, 9, 14, 19 – 5 Burpees then MAX HSW or Bear Crawl (record distance in feet)

    – Min 5, 10, 15, 20 REST
