Below are 2 ways to get going again.
- JUMP INTO NORMAL CLASSES. You can select the “Sign Up” button below under FREE Trail and select any class time you’d like to come try for free. Then just show up.
- DO ON-RAMP. This will give you a refresher on movements and also get you some workouts to ramp you back up to doing the normal WOD’s again. You can select the “Sign Up” button below under FREE Trail and select an On-Ramp class time you’d like to come try for free. Show up and try it out then look to do the full On-Ramp program of 4 more classes.
