    BBQ on Saturday April 8th at 1pm. We will do the awards for both the Nutrition Challenge and the Open. It’s a potluck so bring food or drinks.

    – 8 Sit-ups

    – 8 Scap Push-ups

    – 8 Step-ups

    Easter Partner WOD (Time)

    1 Partner holds the Easter Egg while the other works!*
    10 Rounds for Time:
    – 4 Pull-ups
    – 6 Sit-ups
    – 8 Hand Release Push-ups
    – 10 Bunny Hops (24/20″ Box Jumps)
    – Run 100m together (bring the Easter Egg)

    * Easter Egg = M/M 20#, M/F 16#, F/F 14#
    * If the Easter Egg is dropped, team must perform a 3 burpee penalty each.

    Partner 1 holds the Easter Egg while Partner 2 completes a full round, then switch. Each Partner will complete 5 rounds.
