    CrossFit is more then just working out. Everyone comes across a workout that hurts and you don’t think you can finish. CrossFit increases confidence inside and outside the gym. Tasks become easier out of the gym when you do something you didn’t think you could in the gym. The main thing is to just keep pushing. Some workouts the goal is to just finish and that’s great! Think of it as a task that you have to get done like getting groceries.

    Great work today everyone! If you’re really sore try to make it in and you’ll feel better leaving.
