    Jeff, thanks for the comment on the post yesterday. I hope people are not afraid to post to the comments section on here. I always love hearing what you have to say. Feel free to post that a workout kicked the crap out of you OR that you lost to someone by 2sec and will get him next time. You could even post what your going to bring to the Gym BBQ Saturday.
