by Alex EtzenHappy Thanksgiving! Most of our members will be doing a Turkey Day 5K Fun Run/Walk. This event starts at 8am on Nov. 22nd at the Cherry Creek trail behind the Parker Recreation Center. Race day registration is $20. Please let me know if you are doing this so we can get a pre run picture and a post run picture. I look forward to seeing many of you there.
The schedule will be a little different on Thursday and Friday this week.
– Thursday Nov. 22nd only one class at 10:00AM Free for anyone to come too.
– Friday Nov. 23rd there will only be 2 classes. 10:00AM and 4:30PM.
– Saturday Nov. 24th will be the normal 10:00AM Free team workout.
