Hang muscle snatch, hang power snatch, snatch balance
Working on bar path efficiency while getting the hips fully opened

Bench Press (Build to heavy set of 5 reps)

If your 1 RM is over 200# begin with 95# and add 20#’s each set until failure. If you are below 200# 1 RM begin with and empty barbell and add 10# each set until failure. Record heaviest set of 5
