Nutrition Challenge- 6 Week Jump-Start

Starting January 14th, XS CrossFit will be putting on a 6 Week Nutrition Challenge for all the members and coaches. We will start with a seminar and presentation by Lindsey Guard on Sunday, January 14th from 3pm to 4:30pm to kick us off. Whether you’re already committed to a diet or are feeling adequate with your nutrition already, this is an opportunity to refine nutritional skills and work with others along the way. This challenge is to Jump-Start the New Year; teaming up with other members and coaches to clean up your nutrition and learn about habits that can improve recovery, performance and overall wellness!
