10 Wall Ball Situps

10 Unbroken Wall Balls

Ring Dips (4×12)

Start with these before backsquat and do in between sets.

Feel free to try weighted ring dips.

Back Squat (3×10 at 80%)

Build in Weight, then do 3 sets at 75-80%.


Power Clean (7 Sets at 85%)

Power Clean + Push Jerk (1+1)

Build in Weight to 80-85%
