1 High-hang Power Snatch + 1 Low-hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch from the ground
Build between sets. 3 x at the same weight, 2 x at a higher weight, 1 x at a higher weight.
W: Snatch (10×1)
Use weight from the last set of the 3 position drill.
W: Deadlift (3×3 @ 7)
Same weight for all sets.
