Build in weight. Hold onto the bar for the earlier sets. Okay to reset between reps for the heavier sets.
Back Squat (10, 7, 4, 10 , 7, 4)
Build in weight. Try to make the second wave heavier than the first wave. If the first wave felt heavy, try to stay at the same weights or scale back a bit if necessary.
