Build in weight. Hold at the bottom of the squat for 4 seconds. Get a partner, share a barbell, and have them count for you to keep you honest.
Shoulder Press (4 x 5)
All sets at 70% of your 1 rep max. Make sure to get enough rest to complete your sets.
